THE WARRANTY

All DNA High Performance Filters replacement air filter elements - as specified below - are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for lifetime.

WHAT IS WARRANTED:

A DNA air filter element specified for and used as an OEM replacement element; except those unites sold for dual purpose and/or off-road use.

WHO IS COVERED BY WARRANTY:

The original purchaser of a DNA High Performance Filter who has returned a registration card to DNA or used the online registration on www.dnafilters.com and provided all the requested information.

WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED: 

Any DNA air filter used for any type or racing or competition, any off-road use, custom or modified applications, any non-legal highway use, marine, aircraft or industrial applications. ( These unites are covered by a limited warranty 6 months or 2 years. )

WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY: 

1. Incorrect Service: The DNA High Performance Filter element must be cleaned and serviced with a DNA SERVICE KIT following the maintenance procedure as outlined in the product literature that accompanies every DNA High Performance Filter.
2. No Warranty Registration card on file or online: Purchaser must send the completed Warranty Registration Card to DNA High Performance Filters at maximum 30 days after his purchase of the product. Or the purchaser can register online his product through the online registration process found on DNA High Performance Filters official website www.dnafilters.com
3. No proof of purchase : At time of warranty claim, buyer must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
4. Incorrect Use: Any damaged, abused or modified DNA High Performance Filter will not be warranted.


EXTENT OF WARRANTY

Any defective DNA High Performance Filters element properly returned to DNA will be replaced by DNA. DNA High Performance Filters will not be responsible for ay other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages either consequential, special, continent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the filter element. Any DNA High Performance Filters element returned to DNA must be sent at customers’ expense along with a complete Warranty Claim Card and proof of purchase. DNA reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly complied with. In the event that the terms are not complied with, DNA High Performance Filters shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty.
